Becoming a Leader of your own Magic Parties Women’s Circle provides you with a fabulous business opportunity to develop a local support system focused on women supporting women. No matter who we are or what we do, we all need a support system to find who we are, who we want to be and what’s next in our lives. We will provide you with all the necessary tools and training to help you be successful as a leader.

High Touch Model

In addition to the much needed support a Magic Party Women’s Circle creates for our members, there is flexibility in how you grow “the business” of your Magic Parties Women’s Circle.

The Business Model

There are two ways Magic Party Women’s Circle Leaders can generate income.

1. Participation Fees
2. Referral Fees

Magic Party Women’s Circles have growth potential and are scalable to any level, which means how much income you generate is up to you. Income potential is based on the number of women who participate, whether and how much you charge, and how many Magic Party Women’s Circles you conduct at a given time.

1. Participation Fees

In your home.

We recommend charging between $20-$40 per person per Magic Party Women’s Circle if you conduct them in your home. We have found that this range is a comfortable and a very reasonable investment for most women because of:

The value of what you are offering
The community of intimate support you are building, and
The personal development learning opportunity available for each participant.

The Math. If you run your Magic Party Women’s Circle once a month for 12 months with 10 participants, you can generate $200-$400 per gathering, depending on what you charge for a participation fee. The income generated can be $2,400-$4,800 per year. This number will vary depending on how many women in your Circle. Of course you can run more than one Magic Party Women’s Circle at a time, therefore increasing the income you generate.

Outside your home.

If you are running your Magic Party Women’s Circle for business women, women entrepreneurs, or women leaders, conducting them in a hotel, spa, or corporate space you can increase the participation fee to meet your costs thereby also increasing your income potential. Consider charging enough to minimally cover your costs and adding onto the fee in order to cover your time. You can charge a participation fee per gathering or you may choose to charge an annual fee to cover a year’s worth of Magic Party Women Circle attendance. Alternatively, you may find a corporate sponsor to donate space for your monthly gatherings.

If you run your Magic Party Women’s Circle outside of your home, depending on the number of participants, and how much you charge, your income potential could be unlimited.

2. Referral fees.

If one of your Magic Party Women Circle guests joins The Magic Parties as a Diamond Member or a Leader of Women’s Circles, within 180 days of joining as a member of our community, The Magic Parties will pay you 10% of their annual membership fee[PC1] . Payment is sent out by us quarterly. If you don’t want to receive referral fees you can choose to have your referral fees donated to our Wingprint Fund.
